I haven’t grown tomatoes in a few years but prefer ones with low acid, like the Russian heirloom, ‘Black Krim.’ I may try to grow a cherry tomato on my deck and would choose the one that is ripe when orange, since it is fairly low acid. The name escapes me right now.
