Serving the Veneta and Fern Ridge Communities
Welcome to Westside Gardeners’ Club › Forums › Gardening Questions, Topics and Solutions › What’s your favorite online resource for seeds and starts?
I would like to have a list of online resources we can share and promote for organic seeds and starts. At least starts without neonicotinoids for a more enviro / bee friendly gardens.
As we all know the big-box stores aren’t the place to by our plants from due to their spraying practices.
Reply to this topic so we can have a great list in one place for Members and others to reference.
You can order some stuff from @aline and pick them up at her house on Vaughn Rd. The usual farm stores aren’t crowded and you don’t have lots of people around you. I was in the Veneta Farm Store the other day and they’d give you your stuff outside if you wanted.
check out Nichols Nursery in Albany – you can order online. Good local seeds & very good about organic, sustainable, heirlooms, etc.
