Would like some handyman help

Do I remember right that someone at the last meeting mentioned a good handyman?   Can I get their contact info to see if they have time to work on a few things here?

Hi, yes it was me, my handyman’s name is Armen Chaghatzbanian & his number is 541-968-3029.  He is very good with yardwork, has tools, is very reliable, can do just about anything around the house that you might expect of an apartment building manager (he did that for a huge complex in the past, is now a project manager). The only thing I’m not sure about are his woodworking skills b/c I haven’t asked him to do anything like that. He’ll tell you if he can’t do something. He likes lists and doesn’t like leaving jobs unfinished (wow!). Very good at figuring things out. He works by the hour & is reasonably priced for someone who has his skill set.
