December Meeting – Wreath Making

Our Annual Wreath-Making Meeting. This will be the entire meeting.

What to Bring:

  • ribbons
  • wreath molds
  • scissors
  • wire
  • cones
  • greenery
  • glue gun
  • anything you think would look good on a holiday wreath.

After the meeting, stick around to make holiday swags for the elderly and donate them to Mid-Lane Cares, so everyone can get into the holiday spirit!

October Meeting

Please join us for our first meeting of the season. Master Gardener Stephen, from Dig Some Dirt the Garden Gnome will discuss seed saving for an economical way to grow plants the following season, using last year’s crop seeds.

The Club will also update members about the summer events.

River’s Dahlias w/ Lunch After

River’s Dahlias – Sat. October 7th @ 11 am at 25751 Jeans Road, Veneta. – Plan on carpooling with friends.
If you have time after, plan on lunch. There are some new food carts in downtown Veneta that would be fun to check out.
Parking: Along the long driveway and shoulder. Look for the signage.

Veneta Harvest Festival

Come on downtown to visit the Garden Club table during Harvest Fest. We will be passing out herbs and corn dolls. Meet our members, even our Dig Some Dirt radio stars!
