$2 per soil sample. For best results test a few different areas of your yard where you want to plant. Soil pH can very throughout your property.

Vegetable and herb starts, hanging baskets, annuals, perennials, native plants, berries, trees, shrubs and much more will be finding new homes at the popular plant sale!

Arrive Early for the best selection.

Elmira Elementary will host their annual Earth Day Celebration. Chris and Claudia will manage the event for the Club. We will have a table and show the kids how to plant sunflowers and beans for a fun and educational experience.

Talk to Chris and Claudia if you want to participate.

In lieu of our regular meeting at the Elmira Grange, we will meet at the Club garden beds behind the Veneta Community Center. We will plant out the Community Herb Garden bed, next to the Pollinator Garden. Edie will direct the planting and guide us to implement her vision for the community herb garden.
Bring: Shovel, trowel, gloves, rake, snacks and water.

- Plant herbs for garden bed; See below for list of plants and members volunteered to bring the plants for bed.
- Install soaker hoses in the Pollinator and Herb beds.
- Plant Swap – Any leftover herbs can be swapped, bring any extra starts you have that you would like to share.
- Potluck – Last official meeting of the Club for the season. Bring some treats and beverages to share. We will set up under the covered picnic area in the park after we are done planting.
